Wexford is the top Euro-Star replacement index Salers cow in the country with a Euro-Star value of €271.She is currently in her 5th lactation and she has an average calving interval of 370 days and she first calved at 25 months of age. She is sired by ‘BURON (FR 07)’.

Second on the list is ‘KNOTTOWN KATE’ also owned by Richard Fortune. She has a Euro-Star value of €270. This cow is on her 4th lactation and she has an average calving interval of 357 days. She is  also sired by ‘BURON (FR 07)’. Third on the list is ‘KNOTTOWN JULIE’ again owned by Richard Fortune. She is a 4th lactation cow with a Euro-Star value of €267. She has an average calving interval of 359 days. This cow is again sired by ‘BURON (FR 07)’.
