We are delighted to present you with the newest section on the ICBF website ‘Gene Ireland Data Recording Stats’. This section will contain stats derived from the AI bulls who have or are currently been tested through the Beef Gene Ireland bull breeder program. The bull breeder programme is a joint initiative between pedigree breeders, commercial farmers, breed societies, AI companies, DAFM and ICBF.
This section will for example contain data on Straws Dispatched, Recorded Inseminations, Total Progeny etc. as well as performance data recorded such as Calving Surveys, Weaning Weights, Maternal Calf Weights, Progeny with Feed Data etc.
