The first calves from the autumn 2015 Gene Ireland beef bulls are currently being born on farms. Here are some of Highfield Odran’s first progeny. Pictured below are three of the first calves to be born by the Salers Gene Ireland bull ‘Highfield Odran’ SA2153
Highfield Odran has a replacement index of €161(5 Star) @ 44% reliability on his latest genomic proof (August 2016). Genomics has increased Odran’s reliability by 20% since Odran was first in the Gene Ireland catalogue 12 months ago.
