ICBF is a leading provider of information-based genetics services to the Irish dairy and beef industry. We operate a centralised database that is used by the Irish cattle breeding industry and farmers. ICBF operate a Service Centre in Bandon where we service and calibrate electronic milk meters on behalf of our customers. To further support our service, we are looking for a full-time person to join our team based in Bandon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service and Calibration of Electronic Milk Meters
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Become familiar with service processes
- Maintenance of testing equipment
- Monitoring stock levels
- Support continuous improvement and promote quality
- Manage and prioritise workload to ensure service delivery
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- IT literate (especially Microsoft Word, Excel and email)
- Working as part of a team
- Experience servicing an advantage
