The latest version of the ICBF HerdPlus app is now available for farmers. This update contains lots of new features including:
- Access to the ICBF Inbreeding Checker
- View your CBV profile
- Additional fertility and milk information on the EBI Profile
- Additional fertility information on the €uroStar Profile
- Record important Birth Events
- Access to the ICBF Animal Search
- Record Heats/Serves on groups of animals
HerdPlus herds can now access the Inbreeding Checker via the app. The Inbreeding checker will display the levels (if any) of inbreeding between the females in your herds and the selected bull/bulls.
Herds can also run a single inbreeding check on a specific animal via the My Herd > Record Events screen.
View the CBV value of the animals in your herd. Refine the list with easy to use filters.
View your fertility summary and fertility events such as calving, heat and serve events for individual animals via the new Fertility tab within the EBI Profile.
View the lactation summary and lifetime production details for each cow in your herd via the new Milk tab within the EBI Profile.
View your fertility summary and fertility events such as calving, heat and serve events for individual animals via the Fertility tab within the €uro-star Profile.
Record Birth events via the Record Events section. An overview of your birth events are given, and batch recordings can be completed for calving difficulty, malpresentation, birth size and calf vigour.
THE ICBF Animal Search has been added and can be found under the Applications menu on the SIDEBAR. Quickly search for males and females in HerdPlus/SCEP herds to view their EBI/Euro-Star indexes.
Record Heat/Serves on a group of animals in one go. Sire Advice matings are now also linked to this screen.
