Some of the calves from the 2015 Gene Ireland beef bulls are currently being born on farms. Here are some of Ewdenvale Ivor’s first progeny.Pictured below is one of the first calves to be born by the Limousin bull ‘Ewdenvale Ivor’ LM2014

Ewdenvale Ivor has a replacement index of €115(5 Star within breed and across breed)

Pedigree bull calf by LM2014 at 2 days old. Slight assistance at calving. Gestation Length 296 days. 7 year old dam by GUB with replacement index of €144. Calf was 47kg BW which is about 10kg lighter than the herd average bull calf BW.
