We are delighted to present you with the latest list of dairy bulls which have been selected for the Dairy Gene Ireland Autumn programme.

Gene Ireland is the name of the national dairy breeding program in Ireland. Its aim is to provide dairy farmers with new high EBI young sires through a coordinated progeny test program. Now in its 16th year, the program has delivered over €200 million to Irish dairy farmers through increased genetic gain.

This Autumn the target is to test 7 High EBI genomic bulls and the cost is €8.50 per straw. All packs will contain the 7 pedigree registered bulls. Straws are available in packs of 35 (7 bulls x 5 straws) and 49 (7 bulls x 7 straws). Requirements for herds to participate in the programme involve milk recording, recording inseminations, sire, and calving ease details. All allocated straws must be used in the current season.

Excellent customer support is provided including inbreeding reports for your herd, bull information sheets & on-line Gene Ireland reports. The genetic indexes of the bulls on the Dairy Gene Ireland Autumn programme are as follows:
