ICBF are delighted to unveil the latest panel of Gene Ireland Graduate Bulls. These 26 bulls have undergone a progeny test programme over the last number of years and now meet the criteria below to be considered a ‘Graduate Bull’.
- 5 Star Across Breed on Replacement Index
- Greater than 60% reliability on Replacement Index
- Greater than 80% reliability for Beef Cow Calving Difficulty
This impressive panel which cover all the major breeds have an average Replacement Index of €143 at 70% reliability. A limited supply of these bulls are available exclusively free of charge to pedigree breeders who are in WHPR (The Whole Herd Performance Recording Programme).
