The first calves from the autumn 2015 Gene Ireland beef bulls are currently being born on farms. Here are some of Liss Brendan’s first progeny.Pictured below is one of the first calves to be born by the Angus Gene Ireland bull ‘Liss Brendan’ AA2163

Liss Brendan has a replacement index of €129(5 Star) @ 39% reliability on his latest genomic proof (August 2016). Genomics has increased Brendan’s reliability by 22% since Brendan was first in the Gene Ireland catalogue 12 months ago.
