We are delighted to introduce to you ICBF’s newest linear scorer. Currently an ICBF weight recorder, Robert Walsh, Mourneabbey, Mallow Co.Cork (pictured above) has now become the newest member of ICBF’s linear scoring team. He has taken over from previous ICBF scorer, Noel McSweeney.
Linear Scoring is the visual assessment of pedigree beef animals. Animals are scored in comparison to their Herdmates. These scores then influence an animals Euro-Star index either positively or negatively depending on the scores assigned.
